Refunds & Returns Policy

Shop 28 aims to provide outstanding customer service to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase at Shop 28 online. Therefore we are providing a 7 day returns policy from date of delivery, where shoppers will be entitled to a full refund, should the following conditions be accepted.

Your item must not have been warn, washed or altered from its original condition in any way; all swing tags must still be attached to the item and the item must be returned in the original packaging in which it was received;  the item must be a full priced item, we do not accept returns on items that are on sale therefore please ensure that you are certain about your purchase; for hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept refunds on earrings, underwear or swimwear. 

Shop 28 reserves the right to refuse refunds if the above conditions are not met by the customer.  Shop 28 may offer exchange or credit notes for online purchases upon request.  Please allow a 5 day turn around for refunds to appear into your account.

Please note Return/Refund Void if Removed Tags are attached to all full priced garment purchases, if removed return/refund request will be refused, no exceptions.


  1. If you wish to return an item, please email us at within 7 days of date of delivery and provide your purchase details and the reason for return;
  2. You will receive a reply approving your return – the item must then be returned to the store within the next 5 business days.
  3. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed. Please allow 5-7 days for this to occur.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.  Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Faulty Items
Faulty items are classified as faulty where they are received with a manufacturing fault, which has occurred within a reasonable time frame;  Items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear over time will not be deemed faulty;  Items that have obviously been damaged in transit by the carrier will not be deemed faulty.
If an item is deemed faulty, the supplier will reserve the right to repair or replace the item before crediting Shop 28. Therefore, we are only able to pass on a refund to the customer if the faulty item cannot be repaired or replaced first.
When emailing with your return, please clearly outline the fault and where it is situated on the product, to help us understand where the item has been damaged.
